The challenge
Creators dropped out during upload. Too many decisions were asked before anything could be published.
Our approach
We designed publishing as a single downward flow with defaults for everything optional, and kept the browsing surface pure black so content carries the screen.

A faster path from record to publish, and an interface that stays out of the way of the video.
